There’s nothing more valuable than a good partner! At m design, we believe in the creative power of collaboration, and we would like to showcase that by introducing you to one of our partners, Mike Ecker at the Ecker Design Company in Baltimore.

We first started working together in 2016, when Mike needed a studio space outside of his apartment and he moved into our studio. Since Mike offers a unique skillset in lettering, illustration, identity and environmental design, we were able to utilize his expertise in our projects and our partnership grew organically from there.

Ecker Design Company began as a part-time venture while Mike was working remotely as an Art Director at a technology company. But, in order to pursue the very specialized style of work he produces, Mike decided to branch out and start his own business. He started slowly, but today Mike runs a busy shop— creating beautiful murals, websites, animations, and branding materials. Ecker Design Company works with a wide range of clients, from small start-ups to large corporations. Because he specializes in custom lettering, everything he creates is hand-crafted and one-of-a-kind, designed to be truly authentic to the brand and brand image.
